Kristen Kelley Wilson

Kristen Kelley Wilson focuses her practice on municipal law, specializing in land use, development, and Federal and State environmental approvals. She works closely with clients to develop creative strategies, navigate approval processes, and approach public and private boards. Currently, she serves as the City of Rye’s Corporation Counsel and City Prosecutor.

A fierce competitor (with numerous Ironman championship competitions to her credit), Kristen litigates, mediates, and negotiates on behalf of her clients in all aspects of land use law, environmental law, zoning law, real estate, and the State Environmental Quality Review Act. In her work with both municipalities and developers, she frequently appears before various courts and municipal agencies. 

As both a writer and researcher, she has been published many times, with articles appearing in Environmental Law in New York, Harvard Environmental Law Review, and at the Pace University Land Use Law Center.
