Joan L. Fiden joined Marks DiPalmero Wilson PLLC as counsel in 2026, bringing significant litigation experience. Joan is a zealous advocate for her clients, achieving many verdicts and summary judgment for her clients. Joan has tried numerous cases and successfully resolved matters during various stages of litigation, including through effective mediation. She has handled all stages of litigation in a myriad of cases including premises liability, labor law / construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and lead paint. Joan has a proven track record of developing and implementing value-enhancing litigation strategies from inception through trial.

Joan began her career defending hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice actions. In 1995 she became a founding member of Fiden & Norris, LLP, building a strong litigation practice representing insurance companies, businesses, commercial property owners and management companies, construction contractors, hospitals, and municipal entities.
