Adam N. Love
Adam Love uses his experience in civil and complex commercial litigation, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial real estate to guide his clients through litigation and day-to-day operations. Often serving as de facto in-house counsel for small and mid-size companies (or working in tandem with in-house counsel for larger companies), he advises business owners on a range of legal matters, including general contract provisions, employee issues, buy-sell, capital raises, and corporate governance.
Adam has worked with clients in all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing of real estate throughout the United States. He has experience in advising investors, and operating companies on legal matters with regard to capital raises, financing, and investment and development of real estate. His experience has also led him to advise clients on formation of joint ventures for the ownership, operating and development of properties.
Adam has represented both individual and corporate clients in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and before regulatory agencies—and takes the time to comprehensively educate and guide clients through the process.
