Edward P. Dunphy has more than twenty years of experience representing various local governments in all facets of governmental affairs, including economic development, the development and financing of large-scale multi-use projects, all phases of land use matters to include zoning and planning and land use regulatory boards and commissions.
Ed has been principal counsel to chief executives and mayors of several municipalities rendering advice on every aspect of government operations. In addition, Mr. Dunphy has more than forty years of experience litigating disputes in State and Federal courts, including extensive appellate practice.
